Events
Refunds, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy
Please note that all bookings are non-refundable. However, for some events, it may be possible to reschedule your ticket, using the reschedule my ticket option at the bottom of our website page, at least 48 hours in advance. After this time, we are unable to offer changes or reschedule requests.
If you do not attend your booking (a no-show), your ticket will be forfeited and no refund or credit will be given.
In exceptional circumstances, and at our discretion, we may offer a voucher to use towards a future booking. Cash refunds are not available.
Thank you for your understanding – it helps us keep our events running smoothly for everyone.
Food & Drink
- There is a small café on site serving hot and cold drinks, cakes, crisps and chocolate.
- You may bring your own alcohol for events and parties. Please do not get drunk! Drunken behaviour is unacceptable.
- You cannot bring your snacks – food eaten on the premises must be purchased from our café.
- We charge a fee for food brought onto the premises.
Courses & Workshops
Cancellation Policy
Please note that registration is a firm commitment to attend the block of 6 or 8 week classes and there are no refunds. If you need to cancel, we will do our best to fill your place by finding another person to attend. If we are able to find someone to attend in your place, you will receive a voucher so that you can reschedule for another class. Alternatively, you can nominate a friend to take your place.
Missed Sessions Policy
Please note that registration is a firm commitment to all weeks of a course. Whilst missed sessions cannot be made up, we will do our best to ensure that you catch up what you’ve missed within the duration of the course. If we have to miss a session, and are unable to get another member of staff to fill in, we will add an extra session.
Additional Sessions
It is possible to buy additional sessions for the 6 or 8 week courses. They will be scheduled for during regular studio hours. Just ask in the studio for further information.

Party deposits are non-refundable.

- Bringing your own food is by prior arrangement and there is a fee.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- You are welcome to bring your own alcohol.

Children’s Parties

Party deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
If the party is cancelled 7 days or less before the date of the party the deposit is lost in full. It is at our discretion to re-schedule the party in this situation.
Where possible for cancellations more than 7 days before the event, we will work with you to reschedule the date. If this is not possible the deposit will be given as a Tan y Ddraig voucher.
- We do not allow food to be brought onto the premises.
- Only two adults may stay with the children.
- We will host the chosen clay party and encourage the children to do all the work.
- Pottery Painting parties are unhosted.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
Clay Imprints
- The first kiln firing is the riskiest and sometimes larger imprints crack during the process, and so we make two. If both pieces crack, we will invite you back to re-do the imprints.
- Whilst we take all due care there are elements of the process that are beyond our control.
- Family imprints are only available as a framed finished item.
- If both pieces survive, the second is available to purchase at 75% of the price.
Kiln Fired Arts Disclaimer
Due to the nature of kiln-fired arts, slight imperfections can occur, and on rare occasions, kiln fired pieces might explode during the firing process. Whilst we take every precaution to ensure that this does not happen, there are some factors that are beyond our control.
Abandoned Art Work
We will tell you on the day that you paint when you pottery will be ready for collection. We will hold your pottery for up to 3 months, after than time we will consider your pottery abandoned unless you get in touch with us. After 3 months we will start the process for disposal.
E-Gift Cards
- E-gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. We will not refund any balance remaining and we will invalidate the card.
- Please protect your card and treat it as cash; we cannot replace lost, stolen or damaged cards.
- E-gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. We do not give change, cash or debit/credit card refunds for products purchased with an e-gift card. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- If you are using an e-gift card online and the total order value is less than the value of the card, any balance will remain on the card and may be applied to future purchases, provided that the card has not expired.
- We reserve the right to refuse to accept an e-gift card which we deem to be tampered with, duplicated or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud.
- We reserve the right to amend the e-gift card terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.
- You may gift the voucher to someone else.
- E-gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds
- If we offer a refund, at our discretion and as a matter of goodwill, an admin fee of 20% will be charged.
